The encounter and practice of multiple religions and traditions turn Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, into an extremely diverse and cultural-rich city. Buddhistic stupas, hinduistic temples and many other spiritual places are concentrated in only 50 km2. As different as some traditions may be, some festivities are celebrated by the whole city as the Holi festival to welcome spring and cherish love.
